GME.EE is in private beta. This page separates what applies to this website today from how the trading platform is designed for onboarded companies. We will update it as the platform moves out of beta.
This website and the access form
The site is served over HTTPS. Details you submit through the access form are delivered by email through our form processor, Web3Forms, and used only to contact you about access. See the privacy notice.
Pricing rules and AI
On the trading platform, offers are calculated and validated against each company's approved catalog data and pricing rules. AI is used to read documents and understand requests. It does not set prices, accept terms, or sign agreements.
Human approval
Every deal requires approval by an authorised person on each side before it is signed.
Data location, access, and records
Platform data for onboarded companies is planned to be stored on EU-based infrastructure and processed under GDPR. Each company is designed to see only its own catalog, requests, and deals, and approvals are recorded with a time stamp and the responsible user. We confirm the specific arrangements in writing during onboarding.
