• Details you submit in the access form: name, company, work email, whether you buy or sell, and your message.
• Anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics such as page views and country, to understand how the site is used.

We use form details only to reply to your request and to onboard your company during the private beta. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

• Web3Forms, which forwards access-form submissions to our email inbox.
• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly analytics.

Access requests are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@gme.ee. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
