The problem

Business deals still run on email and PDFs.

Quote requests, price lists, and contract drafts are passed back and forth by hand. A single B2B order can take weeks, and most of that time goes into admin rather than the decision itself.

  • GME

    Guided Market Exchange

    Where offers are prepared.

We turn your price lists, product sheets, and service terms into one clean catalog, and record the rules you set: minimum prices, delivery times, and payment terms.

  • .EE

    Electronic Execution

    Where deals are agreed.

Buyer requests are matched with suitable suppliers, combined into a single offer where needed, and negotiated automatically within the limits each side has approved.

How it works

From request to signed contract in four steps.

  1. 1 · Request

The buyer describes what they need, the budget, and any requirements.

  2. 2 · Match

The exchange finds qualified suppliers and puts together complete packages.

  3. 3 · Negotiate

Price, volume, and terms are agreed within each side's limits.

  4. 4 · Approve

The proposal goes to a named person for review and approval before signing.

  • All or nothing

When a purchase involves several suppliers, the proposal goes to approval only once every part is agreed. You are not left with the laptops agreed but not the furniture. Delivery stays with each supplier under its own contract.

  • Discounts for something in return

Suppliers trade price for volume, faster payment, or a longer commitment. Buyers set a maximum budget. Terms are agreed without weeks of back-and-forth.

  • Your margins stay private

A supplier's minimum price and cost structure are not disclosed to the buyer. They are used only to check offers before they are sent.

Who it is for

Built for companies that sell to companies.

Our focus is everyday business-to-business trade: recurring supply, bulk orders, and company deals. Bring an existing customer or supplier into the same workflow, or find a new trading partner. Public-sector buyers can use the platform for framework agreements and purchases below the tender threshold.

For suppliers

Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, service companies

  • Reach more business buyers

List your products and services once, in the format you already use. Buyers on the platform can find you straight away.

  • Answer more requests with the same team

Offers are prepared from your own price list and rules, so your sales team spends its time on relationships and closing.

  • Protect your margins

Set prices by volume, contract length, or payment terms. An offer never goes below the minimum you set.

  • Win larger contracts with partners

One request can combine products from several companies into a single offer, so you can bid on orders you could not deliver alone.

Start listing

For buyers

SMEs, growing companies, corporate purchasing teams

  • Less admin per purchase

Describe what you need once. The platform finds qualified suppliers and puts together one complete offer.

  • Proof you got a fair price

Compare the qualified offers available, with a record of the options considered that your finance team can review.

  • Requirements checked upfront

Filter by certifications, delivery times, payment terms, and sustainability criteria before any negotiation starts.

  • Works with the tools you have

Send requests from your purchasing or ERP system and receive offers back, without typing anything twice.

Post a request

Typical deals

  • Wholesale and equipment

Volume pricing, accessory bundles, and delivery options quoted without a sales engineer.

  • B2B services and agencies

Retainers, onboarding packages, and partner add-ons combined into one fixed-scope offer.

  • Office, HR and workplace purchasing

Company-wide orders, from office fit-outs to employee benefits, under one budget and one contract.

  • Formal requests for quotation

Your catalog is already structured to answer a formal request for quotation, including from public buyers.

Safeguards

Automation that works within what you approve.

The platform speeds up the paperwork. Prices, discounts, and contract terms stay under your control through rules you set and approve.

  • Private minimum prices

You set your minimum price and margin before any negotiation begins.

Your minimum price is not disclosed to counterparties, and offers are checked against it before they are sent.

  • No discount without something in return

A lower price is offered only in exchange for something you value: higher volume, faster payment, or a longer commitment.

Discounts become a trade, not a giveaway.

  • Registered businesses

Business registration is checked before a company can see prices or make offers. VAT details are verified where applicable.

You deal with registered companies, not anonymous accounts.

  • Limited role for AI

AI reads documents and understands requests. It does not set prices, accept terms, or sign.

Commercial values are calculated and validated against your approved catalog data and pricing rules.

  • Deal record

Requests, counter-offers, and approvals are recorded with a time stamp and the person responsible.

Finance can review how a price was reached.

  • EU data processing

Deal data is planned to be stored on EU-based infrastructure and processed under GDPR.

Your commercial data stays under European law.

Sample B2B scenario

One everyday deal

A €12,000 packaging order, from three days to twelve minutes.

BalticPack is a 25-person packaging wholesaler. NordicRoast, a regional food producer, orders printed cartons and pallet wrap: 14 products, half delivered in 10 days and half in 30, with 30-day payment terms.

Today: email and spreadsheets

3 days

  1. 1.NordicRoast emails a spreadsheet with 14 products.
  2. 2.The sales rep spends 2.5 hours checking stock, volume prices, and whether finance accepts 30-day payment.
  3. 3.NordicRoast pushes back on 3 prices and asks about a single delivery.
  4. 4.The rep recalculates by hand and gives an extra 4% discount, below the target margin, to close the deal.

Result: 4.5 hours of senior staff time and €480 of margin given away.

With GME.EE

12 minutes

  1. 1.The request arrives in BalticPack’s workspace, or the rep forwards the email.
  2. 2.GME.EE prices all 14 products against BalticPack’s own rules and prepares two options: split delivery with 30-day payment, or a single delivery with 14-day payment and a 2.5% volume discount.
  3. 3.Both options stay above BalticPack’s 18% minimum margin.
  4. 4.NordicRoast adjusts quantities within the allowed range and approves. Both sides get a signed summary and an order file.

Result: an approved order, the margin protected, and no rework.

Your customers don't need a plan to say yes

Send a quote or a buying request to a company that isn't on GME.EE. They get a secure link to that one deal: they can review it, counter within your limits, and approve it. It costs them nothing.

To publish their own catalog, receive introductions, or start their own deals, they need a plan.

Start with a 60-day pilot for €790

We import your catalog or buying templates, set up your rules, and give your team 60 days of full access. Continue on an annual plan and the setup cost is credited to your first year. Otherwise you move to Trade or Commercial month to month.
